I’m an 18-year boy from the Netherlands.
You inspired my so much on The Real World. You made me realize that it doesn’t matter if your gay or straight and that you should be proud at who you are. I am ready to come out now, and it is because of you. And I know that there are a million people out there in the same position as myself and I pray they find someone like you, someone to learn from.
You’ve given me the best thing someone can give. The ability to love and accept myself for who I am. And I’ll never forget that, thank you for changing my life!

Mike I loved watching u on RWDC, and being 16 and gay in a conservative family and VERY conservative private school in maryland (10 min from dc!) has been hard for me. But seeing you go around, doing what you do and not caring what people think just minutes from my house was so inspiring. and i love these quotes. thanks for everything you do!
